We are now looking for a consultant for the customer center for one of our clients in Gothenburg. The assignment starts immediately and runs until June 30, with the possibility of extension over the summer.

The role is very customer-oriented and involves daily contact with customers via phone, email, customer portal, and in-person visits. The cases vary widely and can involve anything from reporting faults and key handovers to questions about rent payments and housing-related issues.

The business is on a journey of development and change where work methods and routines are gradually being developed, which requires flexibility and commitment.

• Receiving and managing customer cases via phone, email, customer portal, and in-person visits.
• Providing service and guidance in housing and rental-related questions.
• Registering and following up on cases in the organization's system.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other functions that take over cases.
• Contributing to a professional and secure customer interaction.

You will be part of a customer center consisting of about 10 people. The customer center plays a central role in the organization and is often the first contact for customers. The position is based in Gothenburg.

You likely have a few years of experience in customer service or another customer-facing role and enjoy working in an environment where the days vary. You are used to handling multiple parallel tasks and adapting your approach based on the customer's situation. You have a structured way of working and appreciate clear processes, even when everything is not fully developed.

• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
• Good IT skills and ease in learning new systems.
• A service-oriented and professional attitude.
• The ability to work structured and independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Have experience from a property-related service or education in the real estate sector.
• Have worked in property systems or case management systems.
